My name is Elizabeth Angell and I am a writer, editor, and editorial strategist. I have worked in magazines, both analog and digital, for over 20 years. My most recent full-time role was as Editor in Chief of Romper, a parenting magazine, where my team and I won a National Magazine Award for our package, Best C-Section Ever. I was also the Executive Digital Editor of Town & Country, the Digital Director of Elle Decor, and a features editor at Allure magazine. I have worked at several magazines that don’t exist anymore, including Lucky and Brill’s Content. I got my start at Newsweek Magazine.

I have an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University and a BA in American History and Literature from Harvard University. I’m a native New Yorker and I currently live with my family in Brooklyn.
